1.1 Founding

Competent Training and Consultancy Plc. (CTC) is a Non- Governmental Organization that was established and registered in 2016 with the Federal Ministry of Trade and Tourism under proclamation No of 980/2008. CTC was registered with the mandate of training and consultancy that works to reduce and eradicate human suffering by responding to physical and emotional needs of the citizens. The headquarters of CTC is located about 15 Kms west to Addis Abba in Sebeta town of Oromia region.

CTC Plc is a leading consulting and training firm in the area of Technical Consulting, Education and Professional Development, Project management, Business Advisory, Environmental Health and Occupational Safety, Vocational and Educational Training active in the marketplace since 2016.

All categoriesserve a wide range of domestic, regional and multinational clients in the country and are recognized as market leaders in multiple business areas. Our daily challenges are acquiring the most up-to-date knowledge in different management functions as well as an up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies and utilizing this knowledge to maximize the value-added services to our clients.
